We would like to inform you about an update of our network infrastructure (Turnhout, Belgium) at
- Thursday September, 18th 2025 between 19:00 and 22:00 CEST
Trigger: our Internet Server Provider (ISP) will perform an enhancement of the DFS internet lines.
Impact: Following services can experience short intermittent disconnections:
- Oase A (Turnhout, Belgium)
o Oase site B (Dordrecht, the Netherlands) remains fully operational, no issues are expected.
It is anticipated not to use the entire scheduled maintenance time and therefore the impact will be reduced to a minimum."

Planerat underhållsarbete nätverksmiljö
Card Network Solutions kommer under natten onsdag den 24 september, mellan klockan 22:00 och 23:00, att genomföra ett planerat uppgraderingsarbete i vår nätverks- och produktionsmiljö. Arbetet påverkar inte applikationen Allkort, men kan medföra störningar i anslutande tjänster – så som åtkomst via API samt för terminaler som ansluter mot vår SFTP-tjänst.
Under arbetets gång kan det förekomma tillfälliga avbrott i kommunikationen med dessa tjänster. Den förväntade maximala nedtiden är 30 minuter. Allkort kommer att vara tillgänglig som vanligt under hela perioden. Om det oförutsedda händer har vi personal på plats för att avbrottet ska bli så kort som möjligt.

Card Network Solutions will be performing scheduled upgrade work in the our network and production environment during the night of Wednesday, September 24th, between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM (CEST). The work will not affect the Allkort application directly, but may cause disruptions to connected services – such as access via API and for terminals connecting to our SFTP service..
Temporary interruptions in communication with these services may occur during the maintenance window. The expected maximum downtime is 30 minutes. Allkort will remain fully available throughout the entire period. In case of unforeseen issues, we have staff on-site to minimize the duration of any disruption.
